BUSINESS CONDITIONS
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR A SUCCESSFUL HOLIDAY
HOTEL PRICES
All stated prices are in Euro per person and include half-board, the use of the Alpenhotel St. Christoph spa facilities and all charges and taxes. We do not grant any discounts for missed meals or refunds for any other unused services.
SURCHARGES
Full board Euro 20.00 per person and day. For single occupancy in type 1 rooms we charge a surcharge of 50%, in all other rooms 75%.
DISCOUNTS
Third persons in the room and/or suite (additional bed) are granted a 30 % discount. In case of 2 full-paying adults, the stated discounts apply for children if they are sleeping in an additional bed in the parents’ room and/or living room of the suite. Room types 5 and 6 are excluded. They require a minimum occupancy of 4 full-paying adults.
PACKAGE DEALS
Package deals apply per person and can only be booked in advance directly through the Alpenhotel St. Christoph. Only one package deal per person may be booked. Unused services will not be refunded.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
On the day of arrival, rooms will be available from app. 3.00 p.m. Should you arrive later than 6.00 p.m., we ask you to notify us. On the day of departure, we ask you to check out no later than 12.00 noon. In case of early departure or late arrival we charge 100 % of the booked accommodation. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
RESERVATION AND DOWN PAYMENT
A reservation is considered firm if you have made a down payment. You can make the payment per postal order, bank transfer or credit card. Down payments are retained as a cancellation fee, unless a travel cancellation insurance policy was taken out, where the insurance terms apply.
CANCELLATION FEES
For cancellations 30 to 14 days prior to arrival, we charge 50 % of the booked accommodation, 100 % of the booked accommodation for cancellations 13 days or later before arrival or in case of late arrival or early departure.
TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE
In order not to be charged any cancellation fees, we recommend to take out travel cancellation insurance in case you are unable to travel or have to abort or delay your trip due to illness or other legitimate reasons. We are happy to give you more detailed information upon booking.
PAYMENT METHOD
To pay your hotel bill, we accept cash, Visa, Euro/Mastercard or debit card
DOGS
are welcome. We charge € 35,- per dog & day (without dog food) and a final cleaning fee of € 50,-.
